基于虚拟样机的悬臂摆动机构的仿真研究

摘要 针对洒浆机的悬臂摆动机构的三种方案,用Pro/E建立模型,并用ADAMS软件进行运动学仿真.详细介绍了各方案的结构布置,提出了ADAMS中的多体系统动力学运动微分方程,建立了洒浆机的虚拟样机.仿真结果满足工程实际,通过列出机构各关节和构件的运动状况判别并比较各方案的优缺点,为以后的设计提供了重要参考. The digital models of the three projects of grout-sprinkling machine's swing machine are established in Pro/E and simulated in ADAMS. The structural layout of each project, is introduced respectively in detail. And the differential equation of kinematics in ADAMS is presented; and the virtual prototype of grout-sprinkling machine's swing machine is established. Through simulation analyzing each joint and component's movement, the three projects' advantages and disadvantages are compared. It provides an important reference for next design. The result of simulation can meet the requirements of the engineering practice.
