目的:建立HPLC法测定复方甘草口服溶液中愈创木酚甘油醚的含量。方法:高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:ODS;流动相:甲醇/水(1%的醋酸溶液)=30/70;流速:0.8ml/min;检测波长:272nm。结果:愈创木酚甘油醚的线性方程为A=54306.96c-2179.93,相关系数r=0.9997,回收率=111.56%,RSD=2.13%。结论:本方法简便,准确,可作为该制剂质量控制指标之一。

Objective:Setting-up HPLC method to determine the Compound Glycyrrhiza Oral Solution of guaifenesin.Method:HPLC ODS-column with methanol-water(0.1% acetic acid aqueous solution)as mobile phase and UV dection at 272nm.Results:Equation liner of guaifenesin A=54306.96c-2179.93,related coefficient r=0.9997,recyclable rate=111.56%,RSD=2.13%.Conclusion:the method supplies scientific reference according to determination.
