中西医结合治疗慢性原发性血小板减少性紫癜80例临床观察

Clinical observation of 80 cases with chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura treated by traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine

目的:观察中药复方“补髓生血颗粒”治疗慢性原发性血小板减少性紫癜(CITP)的疗效。方法:将80例CITP患者随机分为中西医结合组(治疗组)和西药组(对照组),通过比较两组患者的临床总有效率判断补髓生血颗粒对CITP的治疗效果。结果:治疗组44例患者总有效率为85.9%,对照组36例患者为56.2%。两组疗效比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:补髓生血颗粒对CITP疗效明显,为临床治疗提供了新的思路。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Busui Shengxue granule(BSSXG)in treating chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(CITP).Methods:Eighty cases with CITP were divided into two groups randomly-the treated group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine and the control group were treated with western medicine.The clinical effect of BSSXG was estimated by comparing the total effective rate of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of forty-four patients of the treated group is 85.9%,while the total effective rate of thirty-six patients of the control group is 56.2%.There was a signifacent difference(P<(0.05))between the two groups.Conclusion:The clinical effect of BSSXG to CITP is obvious,and BSSXG explores a new pathway in the treatment of CITP.
