摘要
在Φ12×2 mm的不锈钢反应器中对用于甲醇脱氢制甲酸甲酯的CuO/SiO2负载型催化剂进行活性测试.实验得出,当活性组分为Cu且助剂ZnO-ZrO2摩尔比为2∶1时,甲酸甲酯的收率较高.适宜的工艺条件是:反应温度573 K,甲醇进料摩尔分数80%,甲醇液空速1.2 h-1.对催化剂的结构进行XRD分析,结果表明CuO高度分散于载体内.随着活性组分负载量的增加,CuO衍射峰的强度逐渐增强,较高负载量时CuO的分散度下降,说明活性组分负载量对催化剂的结构影响很大.
The catalytic performance of CuO/SiO2 catalyst for methanol dehydrogenation to methyl formate was tested by a φ12 × 2 mm stainless steel fixed-bed reactor. The experimental results show that when the active component is Cu and the molar ratio of ZnO and ZrO2 is 2 : 1, the yield of methyl formate is higher. The approprite reaction conditions are reaction temperature 573 K, the molar fraction of methanol 80 % and the liquid space velocity of methanol 1.2 h^- 1. XRD test indicated that CuO is highly dispersed on the supports. With the increase of active component, the strength of CuO diffraction peaks rises slightly, and the shape of peaks changes from the broad peak to the sharp one. These indicate that the amount of active component can evidently affect the structure of catalysts.
