3D Numerical Simulation of Flow Field through a Kenics Static Mixer

摘要 利用专业的计算流体力学软件Fluent对SK型静态混合器内的三维不可压缩湍流流场进行数值模拟.计算过程中采用雷诺时均方程和标准的k-ε湍流模型,得到静态混合器内混和物中2种流体的速度场分布相同并且关于其轴线成对称分布的规律.单个混和元件其流体速度的最大值出现在中间的横截面处.利用后处理软件对计算结果进行分析,为其性能测试提供了理论依据. The three-dimension uncompressed field of turbulence flow was simulated through a kenics static mixer by using professional CFD software-Fluent. Reynolds equation and standard k-ε turbulence model were adopted during the process of numerical simulation. It revealed that the velocity distribution of the two kinds fluid which composed the mixture were the same and symmetrical about the axis of kenics static mixer. As far as the separate mixing-element be concerned, the velocity-maximum of the mixture turned out at the middle cross-section. The calculation results which will provide the theory for the performance measurement of static mixer were analyzed with postprocessing software.
