低钠血症对慢性心力衰竭患者预后的影响

Prognostic value of hyponatremia in patients with chronic heart failure

目的:探讨低钠血症对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者预后的影响。方法:按血钠水平86例CHF患者被分为正常 血钠组(52例)和低钠血症组(34例),按常规CHF治疗后,比较两组左室射分数(LVEF)、CHF纠正时间和死亡 率。结果:与正常血钠组比较,低钠血症组LVEF显著降低,心力衰竭纠正时间显著延长,死亡率显著升高(P均 <0．05)。结论:低钠血症是CHF患者影响预后的重要影响因素。

Objective： To investigate the prognostic value of hyponatremia in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods： According to their serum sodium levels, 86 patients were divided into two groups （52 cases with normal sodium, 34 cases with hyponatremia）. Their ejection fraction of left ventricle （LVEF）, improvement time of heart failure and mortality between two groups after routine treatment were compared. Results ： The LVEF significantly decreased, the improvement time of heart failure increased and the mortality increased （P〈0.05 all） in hyponatremia group compared with normal sodium group. Conclusion： Hyponatremia is an important prognostic factor in patients with chronic heart failure.
