妊娠合并心脏病66例临床分析

Retrospective analysis of 66 cases of pregnancy complicated with heart disease

目的:探讨妊娠合并心脏病患者心功能对妊娠结局的影响。方法:对我院1997～2004年66例妊娠合并心脏病患 者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:(1)妊娠合并心脏病患者以风湿性心脏病居多(42．4％),其次为先天性心脏病 (21．2％),然后为不明原因心律失常,心肌炎后遗症及围产期心肌病;(2)NYHA心功能Ⅲ-Ⅳ级者,母亲死亡率40％ (6／15),围产儿死亡率13．3％(2／15)。结论:围产期NYHA心功能Ⅲ～Ⅳ级的心脏病产妇死亡率明显增加。

Objective ： To discuss the influence of heart function of pregnant women on pregnancy outcome. Methods ： Retrospective analysis clinical data of 66 cases of pregnancy complicated with heart disease from 1997-2004. Results： （1） The highest incidence of cardiac disease was rheumatic heart disease （42.4%）, the second was congenital heart disease （21.2%）,then was the arrhythmia ,sequelae of myocarditis and perinatal cardiomyopathy; （2）Perinatal mortality of mother was 40% （6/15） and baby was 13.3% （2/15） in pregnant women with NYHA heart function grade Ⅱ -Ⅳ. Conclusions ： Perinatal mortality of mother with NYHA heart function grade Ⅱ -Ⅳ significantly increase.
