西藏桑日混合铜矿石选矿试验研究及工业应用 被引量:6

摘要 在混合铜矿浮选时,添加螯合捕收剂B130,不但能减少硫化钠用量,而且能硫氧混选,简化选矿工艺流程,提高选矿厂的技术经济指标。桑日铜矿的选矿闭路试验和生产应用结果表明,B130对氧化铜矿物具有较强的捕收能力,它和黄药混用能产生协同效应,与传统硫化-黄药法相比,在铜精矿品位相当的情况下,可提高铜回收率6%左右,金回收率11%左右。 In the process of flotation of the mixed copper ores,addition of the chelating collector B130 not only can decrease dosage of Na2S,but also can realize bulk flotation of sulphide copper ores and oxidized copper ores,as well as simplify technological flowsheet and increase technical economic index of mineral separation plants. The results of mineral processing experiments and commercial application of the Sangri copper ores showed that the B130 chelating collector has powerful collecting property for oxidized minerals of copper, and under the condition of using the mixed collector of B130 and xanthate may result in synergistic effect. Compared to the conventional sulphidization- xanthate flotation method,in the ease of the concentrate grade is similar,the recovery of copper can be increased by about 5%,the recovery of gold is increased by about 6%.
