V/F Variable Frequency Driver System of Induction Motor Based on DSP

摘要 基于感应电动机坐标变换,介绍了一种基于TMS320LF2407的V/F变频调速系统,用软件法产生α-β坐标系下的三相交流异步电动机的矢量调速控制程序,用智能功率模块IPM产生三相PWM波,重点介绍了系统的软件设计和TMS320LF2407与IPM的硬件接口部分。试验结果表明,系统硬件结构简单、实时性强。 Based on transformation of reference frame for induction motor, a method based on TMS320LF2407 for V/F variable frequency driver system was proposed. The reference frame program of induction motor control system was compiled by using the software method. The three phases PWM was maded by using the intelligent model (IPM). It was emphasized that the design of software and the interface circuit between TMS320LF2407 and IPM. Finally experiment results demonstrate that the control system hardware structure is simple and real time well.
