摘要
文章介绍了北京地铁五号线天坛东门站采用中洞法施工中的模板台车应用技术。由于在中洞拱部二次混凝土衬砌施工中采用了分离式大模板台车分段跳衬的施工技术,有效地克服了中洞初期支护竖隔墙的影响,既提高了混凝土的整体表观质量,又加快了施工进度,取得了理想的效果。
The paper introduces the application of a separable lining form jumbo adopted in Tiantandongmen station on line No. 5 of Beijing subway with the middle cell constructed in advance. Since the arch of the secondary lining in the middle cell was fabricated in sections separated each other by using a separable form jumbo, the influence of the vertical walls of the primary support was avoided, consequently, the general outside appearance of concrete was improved and the construction was speeded up, with an idealized effect obtained.
