本文针对项目前期工程多方案决策评价这样一个关系复杂的系统问题，应用ＡＨＰ法建立层次结构模型，进行层次总排序，探讨多方案评价的ＡＨＰ决策系统的建立及应用。

Multiple scheme decision evaluation of pre-works of a project is a system problem with complex relationship.This article examines the establishment of hierarchial structure model and overall hierarchial sequencing using AHP method,discusses the establishment and application of AHP decision system for multiple scheme evaluation.
