There is no denying that English is a most widespread language in the world o With the spread of English worldwide, in China , not only the students in school and college take it as a compulsory subject, but adults from all walks of life begin to learn English in order to make life and work more efficient. In this article, after analyzing the peculiarity of adult learners and their final aims, the writer puts forward one method from her own adult English teaching and learning experience for English teachers to discuss and looks forward better methods in the field of adult English teaching and learning.
