摘要
目的探讨高校贫困大学生心理健康与自我接纳、应对方式之间的关系,为开展心理辅导提供依据。方法以症状自评量表(SCL-90)、自我接纳问卷(SAQ)、应对方式问卷(CSQ)对高校贫困生154名进行调查。结果贫困生SCL-90各因子分和情绪缓冲性应付方式维度得分均高于非贫困生,SAQ总分及自我接纳、自我评价因子得分和指向性应付方式维度得分均低于非贫困生。SCL-90因子分与SAQ总分及自我接纳因子和PO-CS分呈显著负相关(r=-0.243 9^-0.536 5,P<0.01),与自我评价因子呈负相关(r=-0.201 6^-0.390 1,P<0.05),与AP-CS分呈显著正相关(r=0.255 8~0.536 5,P<0.01)。结论自我接纳、自我评价和应对方式是影响贫困生心理健康的个体内部心理因素。
Objective To explore the relationships between the mental health, self-acceptance and coping style, and to provide bases for the psychological counseling. Methods A total of 154 poverty undergraduates were tested with SCL- 90, Self-Acceptance Questionnaire (SAQ) and Coping Style Questionnaire (CSQ). Results Scores of SCL - 90 and Affection-Palliative Coping Style( AP - CS) were higher among poverty undergraduates than others, and lower scores were found in SAQ and Problem-Oriented Coping Style( PO - CS). Significant negative conelation was found between scores of each factor in SCL - 90 and total score of SAQ, seores of self-acceptance and PO - CS( r = - 0.243 9 to - 0. 536 5, P 〈 0.01 ). Scores of SCL - 90 were negatively correlated with self-evaluation( r = -0.201 6 to -0.390 1, P〈0.05) but positively correlated with score of AP- CS( r =0.255 8 to 0.536 5, P 〈0.01). Condusion The mental health of the poverty undergraduates is influenced by their coping style and attitude of self-acceptance.
