摘要
德国是世界上最早系统推行公共管理的国家之一,现已形成了一整套的法律管理体系。我国必须从积极学习借鉴其先进的管理经验角度出发,在建设有中国特色的社会主义市场经济的过程中,中国未来的人事制度改革及各级公共行政管理再上新水平,才能更好地为我国的振兴和发展服务。
Germany is one of the earliest countries implementing public administration in the world, which has now become a complete system. China need benefit from loaning foreign advanced experience. In the course of building Chinese- styled socialist market economy, the future personnel system reform should be integrated with the improvement of public administration at all levels both of which can contribute to China ' s invigoratiun and development.
