摘要 目的:探讨CD 105和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在鼻内翻性乳头状瘤(N IP)新生血管中的表达及两者之间的关系。方法:采用鼠抗人CD 105和鼠抗人VEGF单克隆抗体,应用免疫组织化学技术检测24例N IP组织标本中的微血管密度(MVD)及VEGF的表达;并同时检测13例鼻腔鳞状细胞癌(N SCC)组织标本及11例下鼻甲(IT)组织标本中的MVD及VEGF的表达作为对照研究。结果:(1)VEGF在IT、N IP、N SCC中的表达呈递增趋势,两两对比,其差异均有非常显著性(P<0.01)。(2)CD 105在IT、N IP、N SCC中的表达也呈递增趋势,两两对比,其差异均有非常显著性(P<0.01)。(3)N IP中VEGF与CD 105的表达呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论:CD 105和VEGF可作为N IP新生血管有价值的标记物,被认为是N IP的临床检测及预后判断的一个重要指标。 Objective: To discuss the expression of CD105 and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the new vessels of nasal inverted papilloma(NIP) and their correlation. Method: CD105 and VEGF were measured by using immunohistochemical staining in 24 NIP and 13 nasal squamous cell carcinoma ( NSCC ) and 11 inferior turbinate ( IT ). Result: CD105 and VEGF in NSCC and NIP were higher compared with IT. ( P 〈 0.01 ). There was significant difference in CD105 and VEGF between NIP and NSCC, with a positive correlation between CD105 and VEGF in NIP. Conclusion: CD105 is closely related with VEGF, and both of CD105 and VEGF can be used as an valuable marker of the new vessels of NIP. CD105 and VEGF are used for NIP clinic detection.and prognosis.
