目的:观察穿龙薯蓣的显微构造,明确其鉴别特征,为进一步制定穿龙薯蓣的质量标准及开发利用提供科学依据。方法:石蜡切片技术及显微成像技术。结果:明确了穿龙薯蓣的根茎、茎和叶的显微特征。结论:这些显微特征可作为穿龙薯蓣的鉴别手段。

Objective：To study the microscopic structure of Dioscorea nipponica to provide the scientific basis for making quality standard and developing and using it well. Method ： Technology of paraffin section and photomicrographic technique were used. Result：The microscopic characteristics of rhizome, stem and leaf of Dioscorea nipponica were distinguished. Conclusion：The microscopic characteristics of Dioscorea nipponica can be identified.
