国产泮托拉唑治疗反流性食管炎的疗效

The efficacy of domestic pantoprazole in the treatment of reflux esophagitis

目的:比较国产泮托拉唑和进口奥美拉唑治疗反流性食管炎的疗效。方法:反流性食管炎患者共86例,随机分为2组,观察组46例给国产泮托拉唑40m g,早晚各1次,疗程8周;对照组40例给进口奥美拉唑20m g,早晚各1次,疗程8周。疗程结束后内镜复查。结果:泮托拉唑组和奥美拉唑组疗效分别为:治愈91.3%和87.5%,显效4.35%和7.5%,有效4.35%和5%(P>0.05);胃镜下反流性食管炎的疗效分别为:无效2.17%和2.5%,有效4.35%和2.5%,显效2.17%和5%,治愈率91.3%和90%(P>0.05)。结论:国产泮托拉唑能明显改善反流性食管炎的临床症状和镜下表现,疗效确切,使用安全。

Objective： To compare the efficacy of domestic pantoprazole capsule with imported omeprazole capsule in the treatment of reflux esophagitis （RE）. Methods. 86 patients witn RE were randomly divided into domestic pantoprazole capsule group with 40mg twice daily for 8 weeks or imported omeprazole capsule group with 20mg twice daily for 8 weeks. Results. The cure and effective rate of pantolazolegroup were 91 . 3% and 8. 7%, respectively, those of omeprazole group were 87. 5% and 12.5%, respectively. The endoscopic cure effective rate for pantoprazole group were 91.3. % and 6.53% respectively and for omeprazole group were 90% and 7. 5% respectively. Conelusion： Domestic pantoprazole capsule are superior to to imported omeprazole capsule in the treatment of RE.
