从文献分析看近年我国的创业投资研究

A Documentary Analysis on Venture Capital Research in China From 1999 to 2004

创业投资在我国的发展始于20世纪80年代,迄今已经经历了3个阶段。与之相应的,我国创业投资的研究也经历了3个阶段。以大量的统计数据为基础,按文献数量,刊物情况,核心作者以及论述主题四部份分析了各个阶段的创业投资研究。

The development of venture capital in China first began in the 1980s.By now it has undergone three stages. This paper review the corresponding researches in this area at different stages by collecting the related data in terms of journal, author and subject based on a large amount of date, analyses the research condition of each of three stages at four headings： the number of document; publishing journals; authors; and subject of research.
