The Innovation of Financial Control Under Knowledge-based Economy

通过对企业财务管理的地位及知识经济的内涵与特征的探讨,针对知识经济对企业经营管理产生的影响作为企业财务管理创新的出发点,指出为适应知识经济发展的要求,企业要从财务管理的观念、理论、风险、财务成果分配方式、财务机构与人员等方面进行创新,并借鉴国际先进的财务管理经验,实现知识经济时代下的财务管理创新。

The paper expatistes the status of financial control in an enterprise, the connotation and the feature of knowledge-based economy. An enterprise should take the influence on management made by knowlege-based economy as the starting point of innovation. In order to fit in with the demand of knowledge-based economy, an enterprise should innovate several aspects, including the concept, theory, financial risk control, benefit allocation, financial institution and staff etc, It should also use international adyarned experience of financial control to realize the innovation of financial control in the time of knowledge-based economy.
