摘要
从现代企业对人才结构的需求出发,通过对企业继续工程教育系统的内在结构进行剖析,就企业继续工程教育有效促进人才个体发展对人才合理开发的实际意义展开探讨,并进一步探索促进人才个体发展的有效途径。
This paper analyses the internal structure of the continued engineering education system in the corporate, discusses the practical effect of promoting the individual development of the human resource on the development of talents, and explores the effective way to promote the individual development of talents.
