摘要
百年大计,教育为本;教育大计,教师为本。欠发达地区高等院校在高层次人才队伍建设方面应从自身的实际出发,兼顾现实需要和长远需要,采取有特色的人才队伍建设方略,以稳定为主,稳定与引进并举,从提高经济待遇着手,经济待遇与政治待遇同重,并着力以人为本管理文化的创建。
Education is the basis of long-term development of a nation, and the teaching stuff is the basis of educational development. For institutions in undeveloped regions of China, construction of a high-level teaching stuff should be realized on the basis of respective conditions, taking into consideration of practical needs and long-term requirements and adopting strategies of local characteristics. Stability should be emphasized together with talent introduction, income promise with political treatment and peopleoriented administrative culture with the creation of a learner-type organization.
