摘要
教师的专业性特点,应符合八个标准。从新教师成长为专业人员要经历三个阶段,重点是专业化发展阶段,即从关注自己到关注任务再到关注他人阶段。成长为专业人员的条件是教师的成就动机、工作满意度、反思和反思实践,以及加强教师的在职培训。
Teachers professional trats are correspondent with eight criteria. The process that a new teacher becomes a professional one should go through three stages, and the key stage is the professional development period. The requirements of becoming a professional teacher include achievement motivation,job satisfaction, reflective thinking, reflective practice and training in service.
