Human-orientedness as the Basic Principle of the Ideological and Political Work

“以人为本”就是以人为主体,强调人的参与,一切为了人,为了一切人,为了人的一切,使人能够全面而自由的发展。以人为本是现代思想政治工作的必然要求。坚持以人为本不能否定马克思主义灌输原则。现代思想政治工作坚持以人为本,要了解和研究人的行为规律,引导和满足人的合理需求,讲究和创新工作方法。只有始终坚持以人为本,才能真正增强现代思想政治工作的科学性、针对性和有效性。

Human-orientedness refers to the principle of ＂All for people, for all people, and for people＇s all, which enables people to develop freely and thoroughly. ＂ Human-orientedness is the essential requirement of the modem ideological and political work, which requires to find out and study human＇s behavioral law, to guide and fill their reasonable needs, and to refine and renovate approaches during the work. Focalization and effectiveness of the modem ideological and political work can only be enhanced through unswervingly adhering to the principle of Human-orientedness.
