除氧器计算机控制系统

COMPUTER-CONTROLED SYSTEM FOR OXYGEN REMOVER

为了实现除氧器设备的自动化管理，研制了除氧器计算机控制系统。该应用系统是由上位机系统和下位机系统组成的集散控制系统。上位机系统实现对下位机的管理及对综合信息进行加工、处理。下位机系统实现对目标对象的直接控制。在上位机应用软件中，预留了对下位机进行扩充的接口。该系统的性能指标达到了设计要求，它的硬、软件实现原理对一般过程控制系统具有参考价值。

In order to automatize the management of the oxygen remover,we have developed the computer-controled system of the oxygen remover.The application system consists of upper order computer system and lower order computer system,it is both a concentrating and a dispersing control system.The upper order computer system manages lower order computers and processes synthetic information.Lower order computers control objects directly.The upper order computer preserves expandable interface for lower order computers.The function index of the application system meets design requirements.The realizing principle of the hardware and software of the application system has a reference value for general process control system.
