摘要
应用故障树分析理论,用演绎法建立了抽油杆的故障树。通过对抽油杆进行定性分析,找到了抽油杆失效的故障模式。通过定量分析,发现了抽油杆工作的薄弱环节:首先是抽油机的抽吸工况,其次是抽油杆与油管之间的磨损。抽油杆的过量变形、振动和冲击载荷、表面质量等因素对抽油杆寿命影响也很大。提出了延长抽油杆寿命的有效措施,为现场使用提供了管理和维修的指南。
By means of the fault tree analysis,we establish the fault tree of the sucker rod,and find out all failure modes of the sucker rod by qualitative analysis.By quantitative analysis,we find out the vulnerable area of the sucker rod, the first is the nonsymmetrical cyclic load of the pumping unit,the second is mechanical wear between the oil tube and the red string.The reliability of the sucker red is deeply affected by over deformation of the suck rod, vibration of the rod string,shocking and quality of the sucker red surface.
