效能监察工作是自20世纪90年代行政监察机关和企业开展的一项新工作,也是高校监察部门需要认真研究、探索的一项新职能。高校效能监察工作应该结合学校实际,选择切入点,确定工作主要内容,并处理好与其他工作的关系。

Efficacy supervising is a new work for both administration of supervise and enterprise launching since 1990s, and also a new function that should be researched by the supervising section of colleges and universities. It should select the cut- in point, ascertain the major content of the work and coordinate the relationship with other works according to the reality of school.
