土木工程专业应用型人才培养模式研究初探

Research on application personnel training model in civil engineering

针对当前我国高等教育存在的问题,提出了培养土木工程应用型人才的一些新思路,并从教学内容、教学方法及实践性教学环节等方面提出培养学生应用能力和创新能力的措施和方法。

In view of the problems in current higher education of our country, a new thought is put forward on application personnel training in civil engineering. The paper also pointed out the methods how to foster the students application ability and innovation idea in the reforming and perfeefing teaching plans and outlines, improving the contents of teaching course and experiment teaching course and the methods of teaching.
