By discussing about the vocational education for higher engineering schools, the specifications and thoughts of school running, education modes and methods of practically skilled and hi -tech oriented talents, and the three-level education platform integrating basical courses, technical courses as well as practice for the three-year college, are put forward. The point that major construction is the core of vocational education system, and construction of practic base and quality improvement of teaching staff is the key part, is out forward.
