摘要
进入21世纪的中国,大量的人民内部矛盾集中体现在社会差别过大、社会就业形势严峻、干群关系恶化等方面。解决这些矛盾的对策主要有:以马克思主义作为立党立国的指导思想,以人民利益为重,正确区分两类不同性质的矛盾;解决的重点是效率与公平的关系问题,解决的方法要科学化、民主化、制度化、现代化。
With the coming of the 21st century, quite a lot of conflicts among people in China have emerged embodied in the large living- standard gap among people, severe employment condition as well as worsening relationship between contain people and leaders. To solve these problems, China should, under the guidance of Marxism, differentiate the two different conflicts with emphasis on the interests of people and cope with the relationship between efficiency and equity correctly with scientific, democratic, institutional and modem methods.
