非传统安全在国际社会中受到了越来越多的重视,其中现阶段讨论最多的就是石油(能源)问题。作为中美关系议程中的重要内容,石油(能源)问题展现出更多的政治意味,孕育着中美之间更多的摩擦和必要的合作。在石油(能源)博弈中,美国充当设题方,中国基本处于被动应付的地位。石油(能源)问题折射出非传统安全与传统安全议题相互交织困扰着中美关系的良性发展。传统安全范式下的政治考量和两国对非传统安全的认知差异,共同制约着两国在非传统安全领域内的合作与对话。因此,非传统安全对中美关系的推进与改善作用是有限的,它的凸现预示着中美间更多的挑战和更大的复杂性。

Therefore, limited is the role played by non- traditional security in promoting and improving Sino- American relations and its protrusion is foreseeing more challenges and bigger complexity in Sino- American relations.
