摘要
笔者对新加坡、成都及乐山三地的中医内科患者作了七情情绪的发病背景及七情刺激的生活事件的调查研究。结果表明,新加坡患者在七情发病背景方面存在着较明显的负性情绪。而在七情刺激生活事件方面,成都及乐山患者较多遭遇“怒”、“忧”的负性刺激,新加坡患者则多表现为“恐”。这种引起跨地区文化上的心理差异的原因,有待进一步探讨,但用七情问卷调查无疑是情志病因、病机和辨证研究的一个良好开端。
The seven emotions state on medical patients among Singapore, Chengdu and Leshan were researched. The results showed that the patients in Singapore existing more negative emotions. In the aspect of life events, the negative stimulations of anger and melancholy were more displayed on the patients in Chengdu and Leshan, while the negative stimulation of fear was more displayed on Singapore patients. The reason why the psychology difference of spanning area culture is caused has been waited for the farther research, but the study of emotion etiopathogenisis, pathogenesis and differentiation of symptoms and signs on emotion with seven emotions questionnaire is a good beginning.
