可调钠透析对血液透析中低血压的防治研究

Prevention and cure study of profiled hemodialysis on low blood pressure in hemodialysis

目的探讨可调钠透析(PHD)对血液透析中低血压的防治。方法选择30例规律血液透析患者,按常规模式(CHD)和可调钠透析模式(PHD)分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ2组,观察2组透析前后体质量、SCr、BUN、超滤量、平均动脉压,比较2组的差异。结果Ⅰ组平均体质量、BUN、SCr值略高于Ⅱ组,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。2组透析低血压发生率的比较,Ⅱ组明显低于Ⅰ组,在平均超滤量方面,Ⅱ组明显高于Ⅰ组(P<0.01),而平均动脉压Ⅱ组高于Ⅰ组(P<0.01),有非常显著性差异。结论长期可调钠透析可稳定血液透析患者血流动力学指标,防治低血压。

Objective It is to discuss the prevention and cure of profiled hemodialysis （PHD） on low blood pressure in hemodialysis. Methods 30 regular hemodialysis patients were selected and divided into two groups according to CHD and PHD model. The body mass, SCr, BUN, extra filtering amount, and average arterial pressure in both groups before and after hemodialysis. The difference of both groups was compared. Results The average both mass, BUN and SCr in group Ⅰ were little higher than those in group Ⅱ and there was no significant difference （P〉0.05）. The incidence rate of hemodialysis low blood pressure in group Ⅱ was obviously lower than that in group Ⅰ. The average extra filtering amount in group Ⅱ was obviously higher than that in groupⅠ （P〈0.01）. The average arterial pressure in group Ⅱ was higher than that in group Ⅰ（P〈0.01） and there was very significant difference. Conclusion Long period PHD can steady the hemodynamics and prevent and cure low blood pressure in hemodialysis patients.
