摘要
结合青海油田集中处理厂注水系统防垢剂的评选研究,在实验室内评价了Fe3+和Fe2+对防垢剂的防垢效果的影响。结果发现,当水样和防垢剂等试验条件一定时,两种铁离子均使防垢效果降低,其降低的程度随Fe3+和Fe2+的浓度的增加而增加,且Fe3+的影响大于Fe2+。探讨了造成这种影响的机理。通过实验证实,PBTCA和ATMP两种防垢剂有较高的抗铁离子影响的能力。对如何消除铁离子的影响提出了设想和建议。
In conjunction with evaluation of scale inhibitors for water injection system in the central treatment plant of the Qinghai oilfield, the influence of ferric ions on the effect of inhibitors is assessed by laboratory experiments. It is shown from the results obtaind in laboratory that the effect of scale inhibition is decreased by both Fe2+ and Fe3+ under certain conditions while the decreased degree raising with increase of ion concetration and the influence from Fe3+ greater than from Fe2+. The mechanism of its influence is discussed. The experiments demonstrate that two inhibitors, PBTCA and ATMP, are of resisting ferric ions. And, some suggestions are put forward to eliminate their effect.
