摘要
简要介绍了国外加油站在经营上重组销售网络、减少加油站数量、油品业务与非油品业务并重和重视企业文化建设的发展趋势。指出了国内加油站的经营现状和不足,如布局不合理,重复建设多;营销方式和服务单一;管理水平低和非油品业务发展缓慢等。提出要提高我国加油站在未来经营中的竞争优势应建立客户关系管理系统,加强企业文化建设,拓展终端零售网络,加快IC卡的推广,增加非油品业务,采取服务营销策略与联合促销策略。
Abroad trends of gas stations operation, including distribution network restructuring, reduction in the number of filling stations, giving priority to both oils and non-oils business, and giving importance to enterprise culture, are introduced briefly. Issues including rational distribution, duplica tion of capacity, diversification ofmarketing and service, improving management and promoting non-oils business are presented. It's recommended that establishment of customer relationship management system, building of enterprise culture, promotion of IC card, expansion of non-oil business, and integrated service and marketing be introduced to improve the competitiveness.
