摘要
为满足一种小型塑件注射成型时的多向侧抽芯要求,避免模具结构复杂化,设计了一套多向侧抽芯注射模,该模具采用一套侧抽芯装置实现了多向侧抽芯功能,借助开合模运动完成了各向侧型芯的复位、锁紧及抽芯等动作,经实践检验切实可行.
For the forming of a multi-directional core drawn of a small sized plastic part, and in order to simplify injection mould structure, a kind of injection mould with a multi-directional core drawn in a device was designed. Based on the movement and the way the mould is opened and closed, the device can perform such core work processes as reset ,lock and pull. It has been successful in practical production. The example provides a new injection mould design with a multi-directional core drawn of a small sized plastic part, which may provide the reference for similar injection mould desians.
