针对单件小批订货型企业产品品种变化大、交货期紧，每接受一次生产任务，都需要企业对技术、工艺、供应和制造等环节进行全面协调等特点，以及传统计划方法和手段在速度、精度和算法上的缺陷，分析了生产计划与经营计划、生产作业计划、物资采购供应计划和成本计划等其他计划之间的不协调性，探讨和建立以“瓶颈资源计划法”（ＢＲＰＭ）为核心的层次结构计划体系模式，以解决这一协调问题。
