The Basic Approaches of Message Transmission for Irrigation Water Use Management Informatization Construction

The analysis of irrigation district message transmission technique and its requirement are briefly summarized, and the dynamic information points of irrigation water use management are clarified in this paper. It is pointed out that on the basis of require- ment analysis, different network transmission approaches should be selected according to the information categories; it is necessary to make good use of existing social or private communication resources to reduce the investment and management upgrade costs of communication infrastructures for sustainable development in irrigation district information construction.
