摘要
灌区在我国经济社会发展进程中占有重要地位。在分析和总结不同历史条件下灌区的发展理念,以及在此理念指导下传统灌区建设基本特征的基础上,针对灌区建设受到生态环境约束的新形势,提出了生态型灌区建设的新理念。对生态型灌区的概念内涵、构建原则及建设内容等进行了初步探讨,并指出了生态型灌区理论研究和实践应用的发展方向,为新形势下我国灌区的建设提供了理论借鉴。
Ecological irrigation district plays an important role in social and economic development in our country. This paper reviews the development process of irrigation district construction in our country, analyzes the development conceptions of irrigation district construction under different history conditions and the main characteristics of traditional irrigation district construction under the guidance of these conceptions, and puts forward a new concept of ecological irrigation district according to the new situation that irrigation district construction is restricted by ecological environment. So, ecological irrigation district is the development trend in irrigation district construction. This paper discusses the connotation, characteristics, construction principle and construction content of ecological irrigation district, and points out the development direction of ecological irrigation district research and application to provide theory reference for the irrigation construction in the new situation in China.
