摘要
项目管理作为一种科学的行之有效的管理方法,由于其自身的复杂性和各种因素的制约,在运作过程中不可避免地会产生横向和纵向的冲突。从分析项目管理过程中各阶段的主要冲突入手,对各种冲突进行归类并分析项目活动的周期及各阶段冲突的来源,着重提出解决冲突的各种方式及最佳方法。
Project management is a scientific and efficient management approach.Because of its complexity and various limitations, horizontal and vertical conflicts must be produced. From analysising dominate conflicts in different periods of project management,types of conflicts are classified and studied. Furthermore, the project cycles and causes of conflicts are analysed in detail. Some countermeasure are proposed.
