兔创伤性肢体深静脉血栓模型中的免疫组化分析

摘要 目的:在兔创伤性肢体深静脉血栓模型中,观察股静脉内皮细胞的免疫组织化学变化,了解创伤性炎症反应与深静脉血栓形成之间的关系.方法:将120只新西兰大白兔随机分为骨折固定组、创伤固定组、单纯固定组和空白对照组造模,在深静脉血栓形成过程中,检测部分静脉内皮细胞中基质金属蛋白酶2、CD34.结果:基质金属蛋白酶-2、CD34检测结果均为阴性.结论:在兔创伤性肢体深静脉血栓动物模型中,基质金属蛋白酶2、CD34分子的表达阴性,原因可能为其表达与血栓形成无关所致. Objective: To observe the varieties of the venous endothelial cells at molecular level by immunohistochemistry assays in the rabbit model of traumatic deep venous thrombosis in limbs, and to explore the relationship between traumatic inflammatory reaction and deep venous thrombosis. Methods: 120 New Zealand white rabbits were divided randomly into fracture with fixation, trauma with fixation, only fixation and control groups. After the deep vein thrombosis formed, MMP - 2, CD34 in venous endothelial cells were examined. Results: The results of MMP - 2, CD34 were negative. Conclusion: The expressions of MMP - 2, CD34 may be not related to deep venous thrombosis.
