摘要 目的:研究E-cad、MMP-2在子宫腺肌病中的表达,探讨其表达与子宫腺肌病发生的相关性.方法:应用免疫组化SP染色法检测30例子宫腺肌病在位内膜、异位内膜、16例对照组子宫内膜E-cad、MMP-2的表达.结果:E-cad在子宫腺肌病在位内膜组中的表达显著低于对照组(P<0.05);E-cad在子宫腺肌病异位内膜组中的表达显著低于子宫腺肌病在位内膜组(P<0.01).MMP-2在子宫腺肌病异位内膜组中的表达显著高于子宫腺肌病在位内膜组及对照组(P<0.01,P<0.01).结论:E-cad、MMP-2的异常表达可能与子宫腺肌病的发生有关. Objective: To study the expression of E - cad and MMP - 2 in human adenomyosis and to explore the correlation between the expression and pathogenesis of human adenomyosis. Methods: Immunohis- tochemical S - P method was employed to detect the expression of E - cad and MMP - 2 in 30 specimens of ectopic endometrium, eutopic endometrium of adenomyosis and 16 specimens of normal endometr/um. Resuits: The expression of E- cad in ectopic and eutopic endometrium of adenomyosis were significantly lower than those of normal endometrium (P 〈0.01, P 〈 0.05). The expression of MMP- 2 in ectopic endometrium of adenomyosis were significantly higher than those of eutopic endometrium of adenomyosis and normal endometrium (P 〈0.01, P 〈0.01). Conclusion: The abnormal expression of E- cad and MMP-2 might be correlated with the pathogenesis of human adenomyosis.
