摘要
目的:探讨缺氧缺血脑损伤对新生大鼠HIBD脑皮质IL-6放射免疫浓度的影响及清开灵对新生大鼠HIBD的干预治疗作用以及有关分子机制.方法:建立HIBD动物模型后分为清开灵干预组、生理盐水对照组和假手术组.根据检测需要,在缺氧缺血后24 h、3 d、7 d作IL-6脑皮质匀浆放射免疫浓度测定.结果:脑皮质组织匀浆IL-6放射免疫浓度(pg/mL)假手术组、生理盐水组、清开灵干预组24 h依次为(50.1±6.2)、(56.3±7.1)和(51.3±6.8);3 d依次为(50.6±6.4)、(250.3±11.2)和(78.1±8.3);7 d依次为(51.4±6.6)、(345.7±12.3)和(81.2±9.2),生理盐水组与另两组分别比较,24 h P>0.05,无明显变化;3、7 d生理盐水组增加明显(P<0.05),清开灵干预组降低明显(P<0.05).结论:新生大鼠HIBD后24 h、3、7 d脑皮质IL-6含量逐渐增高.清开灵能降低新生大鼠HIBD脑皮质IL-6的合成量.
Objective: To explore the immunologic changes of interleukin- 6 (IL- 6) in cortex newborn rats HIBD. Methods: To divide animals for experiment into groups: Animals were divided into sham group, experiment group, IL- 6 radioimmunologic concentrations of cortex were measured at 24 h, 3 d and 7 d after hypoxia ischemia by using radioimmunoassay. Results: Comparing with the sham group, the con- centration of IL - 6 (3 d and 7 d) increased obvioup (P 〈0.05). Conclusion: The concentration ofously in the ligated side of the brain cortex in experiment gr IL-6 became higher rapidly after HIBD.
