摘要
研究了以蚯蚓粪为主要原料的复合基质对甘蓝种子出苗率及幼苗生长发育的影响。结果表明:与草炭相比,蚯蚓粪具有容重较大、孔隙度和持水力较小,高P、K含量和低N含量等特性;蚯蚓粪复合基质促进了甘蓝幼苗生长发育,其中3∶1(V∶V)蚯蚓粪复合基质促进作用最大,与对照相比,株高、茎粗、全株干重、壮苗指数分别增加了15%,15.43%,38.89%,36%。
To study the application effect of earthworm dejecta as cultural substrate of cabbage plug seedlings, the physical and chemical characteristics of earthworm dejecta from cornstalk, the germination rate and quality of seedling growing in mixes of earthworm dejecta and vermiculite with different ratio were evaluated. The results showed that earthworm dejecta had greater volume weight, smaller water retention, higher concentration phosphate anti potassium and lower rate of nitrogen compared with peat. Earthworm dejecta substrate promoted growth and development of cabbage seedlings. Effects of earthworm dejecta substrate were closely related to ratio of earthworm dejecta to vermiculite, and the optimum ratio was 3:1. Compared with control, plant height, stem diameter, dry weight of plant and health seedling index increased 15%, 15.43%, 38.89% and 36%, respectively.
