摘要
研究了Fe-EDTA系统脱硫的基本原理和工艺条件,研究了浓度、温度、pH值、时间和稳定剂加量等因素对脱硫反应的影响及脱硫剂再生的基本规律,用实验方法确定了适宜的脱硫反应条件,研究表明,改进后的脱硫工艺克服了铁氯系统脱硫的缺点,提高了对H2S的吸收效率,再生反应时间短,耗能少。
The basic principles and technological conditions of desulfurization in ferric-EDTA system were investigated. It approaches the influences of concentration, temperature, pH values, time and quantity of inactivitant on the reaction of desulfurization and the basic pattern of regeneration in the desulfurizer. The proper conditions for desulfurization were determined on test. The result shows that the desulfurization with ferric-EDTA is available.
