摘要
详细介绍了红外散射法测量油品含水率的工作原理、使用条件及测量装置,针对98%以上的超高含水率区给出了重复性较好的测量数据。结果表明,红外散射法用于测量两相流体中分散相的浓度具有灵敏度高、稳定性好、结构简单等特点,既能测量油水混合液的微量含油率或含水率。又能测量河水的含砂量。
As infrared scattering method for determining the dispersal-phase content in two-phase fluids under the condition of the watercut of mixed oil and water liquid beyond 98 percentage is introduced. With the variation of liquid turbidity a special infrared sensor can be applied to analyze the tiny content of the oil or water in the mixed liquid. The measuring system and results are presented.
