摘要
在以1,6-己二胺(HDA)为模板剂的水溶液体系中,采用水热法合成出LaZSM-5。通过骨架振动的红外光谱分析、光学元素组成分析、红外酸性测定、吸附量测定以及苯酚与过氧化氢的羟基化反应,可以认为La已嵌入沸石的骨架,红外谱图在1000cm-1处的小峰为La对骨架的影响所造成的。通过焙烧、酸洗前后样品晶胞参数的比较,可以认为HDA对晶胞参数有很大的影响。合成的LaZSM-5对苯酚与过氧化氢的羟基化反应有较好的活性。
LaZSM 5 was synthesized by hydrothermal method with 1,6 hexyl diamine (HDA) as the template.The samples were characterized by their IR spectra,chemical elemental analyses,adsorption capacity determination and the hydroxylation of phenol with H 2O 2.The results showed that La had incorporated into the framework of ZSM 5,by comparing the difference of unit cell parameters of samples before and after calcination and acid washing,which suggests that HDA has a great influence on unit cell parameters.The LaZSM 5 shows better activity in hydroxylation of phenol with H 2O 2.
