摘要
提出了一种压电石英液膜传感器快速测定普通变形杆的方法,利用PQC传感器对粘度和密度的响应,通过测定烯释明胶培养基的凝固过程间接测定微生物。在频率响应曲线中,有三个时间(TT1,DT,TT2)与普通变形杆菌初始浓度的对数值线性相关。在1.3×102~1.3×105cels/mL范围内,logC和TT2的线性相关系数为0.98。在频率响应曲线中TT1和TT2尖锐的折点,易准确测定。此种方法适于细菌的快速测定(测定时间少于4h)而且只需要微量的样品。
A rapid method for the detection of Proteus vulgaris(P.vulgaris) with a piezoelectric quartz crystal (PQC) sensor coated with thin liquid film was presented in this paper. Based on the response of PQC sensor to viscosity and density, the coagulating process of the diluted gelatine medium was monitored to detect the micoorganism indirectly. In the frequency response curve, three time points ( TT 1, DT , TT 2) were linearly related to the initial concentration of P. vulgaris. The correlation coefficient of log C and TT 2 is 0.98 in the range of 1.3×10 2~1.3×10 5 cells/mL. TT 1 and TT 2 were sharp turning points in the response curve and so were easy to be determined accurately. This method can be used to determine bacterium rapidly (the detection time was less than 4 h) and only micro sample was needed in detection.
