摘要
介绍了D56G90型数控精密冷辗环机伺服进给系统的结构和工作原理,分析了影响冷辗环机伺服进给系统刚度的因素,推导出其相应的刚度计算式,得到了冷辗环机伺服进给系统综合刚度的解析表达式,对提高冷辗工件精度和控制系统稳定性具有指导意义。
The structure and operating principle of servo feed system of the cold rolling ring machine are introduced,and the factors influencing rigidity of servo feed system is analyzed. In turn, the related calculation formulas are deduced. Finally, the analytical express of compressive rigidity of servo feed system is obtained, which has mainly guiding meanings for increasing accruacy of cold rolling workpiece and stability of the control system.
