摘要
通过测定主轴系统共振频率的方法来进行控制的概念设计,并改进了转台主轴系统数学模型。对转台中环主轴施加轴向定位预紧力,通过脉冲激励法试验得到角接触球轴承的轴向刚度,试验结果与理论结果吻合较好,为转台研制中各轴系预紧量的控制提供了理论和实验依据。
The control concept design is made by measuring the resonant frequency of the shaft system, and the mathematic model of the system is improved.The axial fixed position preload is applied to middle ring of the shaft,the axial rigidity of the angular contact ball bearing is obtained by the impulse excitation tests. The experimental and computed results are in good agreement,which provide the theoretical and experimental basis for preload magnitude of the shafting in the turntable development.
