本文研究了以生鲜牛乳为主要原料,强化膳食纤维高蛋白低脂营养奶粉的工艺过程,探讨了膳食纤维在奶粉中的应用。
This paper studied the process of milk powder with dietary fiber, high protein and low fat, and discussed the application of dietary fiber in milk powder.
